Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry. No other personal data is collected. This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools.

How we use the collected data

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a contract follows, to fulfil that contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual and contractual measures).

Who processes your data

This site is hosted by Webflow, Inc. (398 11th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). Form submissions are processed by Webflow and delivered to us by email. Webflow acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement and transfers data to the US under standard contractual clauses. For details, see webflow.com/legal/privacy.

How long we keep collected data

Enquiries that do not result in a contract are deleted after 2 years. Where a contract is established, correspondence is retained for 10 years in accordance with §257 HGB.

Your rights
