Instructional Designer
UI/UX & Accessibility Specialist Bridging Pedagogy and Product
About
I don’t just design screens; I design the moment the "lightbulb" goes off for a learner.
With 8 years of international teaching and 20 years of simplifying complex information for global audiences, I’ve learned that the best educational products aren't just easy to use—they are transformative.
I bridge the gap between instructional design and intuitive UI to create digital environments where learning feels natural, inclusive, and effective.
My approach combines the science of how we learn with the art of how we interact. Whether it's navigating the nuances of intermediate German or mastering a new NGO workflow, I specialize in turning high-friction complexity into high-impact clarity.
What I bring to the table:
Pedagogy-First Design: Leveraging 8 years of classroom experience to build scaffolding and feedback loops that actually drive behavior change.
Accessibility by Default: WCAG isn’t a checklist for me—it’s the foundation. I design for neurodiversity and linguistic variety from day one.
Evidence-Based UX: Using research to identify where learners get stuck and UI/AI prototyping to build the solution. Let’s build something that teaches.
I’m looking for LXD/ID or UX roles in EdTech, GreenTech, or accessibility-focused teams.
